What to Expect in Your First Consultation

Your first consultation is all about getting to know you and understanding your health concerns. We’ll take a deep dive into your health history, lifestyle, and current symptoms, and I’ll outline the best testing and treatment options tailored to your needs. This comprehensive approach allows me to create a personalised plan that addresses the root cause of your issues, setting you on a path to long-term wellness.
Your treatment protocol will be sent to you within 48 hours after your appointment.

How to Prepare for Your Appointment:

  • Health History: Please upload any recent test results, blood work, or medical records that may be relevant to our discussion into the Practice Better portal once you have booked your appointment. It is important that you also fill out your client intake form and waiver prior to your appointment.

  • Medications and Supplements: Have a list of any medications or supplements you’re currently taking. Please note these on your intake form or have them handy as it is important for me to understand what brand/dosage you are taking.

  • Your Goals: Think about what you hope to achieve through your naturopathic appointments. Having clear goals helps us create a focused and effective treatment plan.

  • Questions: Bring any questions or concerns you have—I’m here to provide clarity and support.

Frequently asked questions

  • Yes, I currently only offer online consultations to clients all over Australia as I have stopped seeing clients in a face-to-face setting due to moving locations
    At this stage, I do not offer my services to those outside of Australia.

  • Unfortunately naturopathic appointments are no longer covered by private health insurance.

  • Payments for initial consultations are required to be paid up front on booking.


    For follow up appointments, you will be sent an invoice after your appointment. Payment is to be made within 24hours.


    You will be asked to provide your card details on booking/payment through a secure link

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice where possible by cancelling or rescheduling your appointment through the Practice Better app/portal. Alternatively, you can contact me via email.

  • Absolutely. I’m happy to collaborate with your existing healthcare providers to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to your care.

  • Yes! I have been using a range of functional testing in my clinic over the last several years and have analysed hundreds, if not thousands of reports. I always strive to staying up to date with the latest research and findings, so I can provide you with the best solution to your health concerns based on testing outcomes.
